November Freebie Newsletter

Hi Reader

Each month, I enjoy sending you a small gift. This time, it's a peek into a resource that strengthens visual processing. I'm excited to share: Visual Synthesis & Figure-Ground Activities, designed to strengthen essential processing skills that can help students read, focus, and feel more confident.

Visual synthesis (assembling parts into wholes) and figure-ground (picking key items from busy backgrounds) are also foundational to how students interpret text, diagrams, and even worksheets.

This workbook is designed to build those abilities through play, strengthening not only visual skills but also attention, visual-spatial reasoning, working memory, and more.

What’s inside?
This is a digital workbook filled with 57 engaging, hands-on activities that blend fun and learning:

  • Practice on any device: use it interactively on your tablet or computer via Zoom or note-taking apps like GoodNotes.
  • Print and play, prefer paper? It’s fully printable for hands-on use with pencils, crayons, or dry-erase pockets.

To give you a feel for how playful and purposeful this workbook is, I’m including free sample pages this month. You’re welcome to print it or use it digitally, ideally paired with a tablet or blank page for drawing and tracing.

I hope this sample provides a spark of clarity, helping students notice details, feel more grounded in their learning, and see the whole picture, one piece at a time.
